In the 90's our founder Craig Botham worked for a well established local law firm where he became an accredited police station representative back when the qualification was first introduced.

​

In 1997 Craig went freelance in the local area and spent the the next six years establishing a reputation for excellent representation and service.

Due to this, calls started coming in to represent clients further afield.  Which is when in 2003 a niche was spotted in the market for an agency which could provide fully qualified police station accredited representatives to assist solicitor firms on an agency basis, hence the birth of Pace Consultancy.  He was helped along the way by his wife and business partner Louise, who regularly took calls into the night coordinating reps here there and everywhere.

They both spent years and years taking it in turns answering the phones 24/7 helping to establish Pace's reputation as a true 24/7 agency.

In 2008 the agency was growing considerably with referrals coming in from all over the country, leading to them outgrowing their business model, hence the partnership becoming Pace Consultancy UK Ltd.

Despite becoming a much bigger organisation, Craig & Louise have stayed at the helm of the business, still providing the personal and professional service they have done for over 20 years, building trusting relationships with all our customers
